At this consultation, using a detailed check list, Judy will walk through your house from top to bottom and your property from curb-side to backyard giving you suggestions and recommendations to increase the selling price and decrease the days on the market. This usually takes 60 to 90 minutes depending on the size of the house.

After our consultation, Judy will prepare and send a detailed, written report to you. If you decide to continue the process, she will come back to discuss implementing her recommendations.

HOME TRANSITIONS

If you are down-sizing to a smaller home or combining two households, Judy will help you “sort” and decide what to keep and what to let go of. She will assist you to best utilize your furnishings and accessories making it a place you can’t wait to come home to.

DECORATING CONSULTING

This is a time to discuss your decorating ideas and needs. Or if you’re just looking for decorating advice, let Judy guide you in implementing your thoughts, ideas, lifestyle, likes, dislikes and decorating difficulties—whether it’s one room or an entire house. This consultation includes space planning, furniture placement, window treatments, flooring, artwork and accessories. She will also shop for that just-right piece to complement your room.

She offers color consultation, and she works with top paint vendors such as Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, Glidden and Ralph Lauren. She will bring 3” x 5” color swatches to your home and will order 5” x 9” samples of your color choices. Her objective is to make your home a place you’ll love to come home to and within
your budget.

INTERIOR REDESIGN

Redesign is a cost-effective way to bring life back to your rooms by rearranging your existing furniture to reflect your personality and life-style—with in 3–5 hours.

Judy begins with a consultation to discuss your decorating dilemmas, lifestyle and redesign goals. There is no need to purchase anything new, but by rearranging your existing furniture, artwork, and accessories in up-to-date and creative ways, your rooms are renewed into a look and atmosphere you’ve always wanted.

If you decide you would like some new accessories or pieces to enhance your renewed room, Judy will be happy to help with ideas and suggestions. She will also shop with or without you to find that just-right piece to give your room the finishing touch.

You can come along, or if you don’t have the time or desire to shop for the ideas that have been discussed, Judy will shop for you. She will do the footwork, price comparisons, and find just what you need to complement your room within your budget.

Whether it’s a special birthday, Holiday season, or family event, let Judy provide detail and creative ideas to make your celebration a decorative event to remember.
